Please note set up and removal will normally be carried out on a Monday or Thursday evening. If alternative days or times are required we will be happy to accommodate this where possible (additional charges may apply); please let us know at time of booking so all effort can be made to accommodate your requests. The water will take approximately 10 hours to heat to maximum temperature of 40 degrees so the spa will not be ready to use until the following evening.
The tubs are to be drained before removal; full instructions will be given to do this.

Cancellations:
Over 2 weeks notice: full refund including deposit
